Departments
In working with us, you'll find that our company is not overly regimented. Everyone understands their role but is willing to help out wherever needed to see a job through.
Though we believe whole-heartedly in this open approach, it's necessary to separate our company into a few departments. Whether it's Customer Service or production, it takes everyone we have to make our clients look their best. We want to enhance your image and will work on your behalf to provide you with a product you will be proud of.

- CAD
CAD or computer aided design, starts off the die making process by creating a digital version of the die, that we can use as a set of blueprints for hand making a die, or send the information over to the laser and have it cut out the die for us. - Laser
Our laser department operates our state of the art, 2,500 watt laser, that we use for cutting, die board, accrylics, and steel. - Knifing
Our 2 automated rule proccesors bend rule up to 2 inches tall, enhancing the quality of your die. - Rotary Dies
Our steel rule rotary die department, produces cylindrical dies for the corragated and plastic industries. - Hand finishing
Our hand finishing department adds a personal touch of assembly, whether it be kitting, or that special touch to your product that our machine's can't achieve. - Folding & Glueing
Our folding and glueing department is capable of inserting Cd's or tipons, as well as assembling hundreds of different styles, to boxes and folders - Die cutting/ Embossing/ Foil stamping
Foil stamping and embossing capabilities from 3x3 to 28x40 and die cutting up to 6 foot by 10 foot - Laminating
Lithographic sheet laminating brings fine printing to sturdy corragated containers and point of purchase displays up to 4' to 6' in size
